4. Erhebung und Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten

Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten nur, soweit dies zur Bereitstellung einer funktionsfähigen Website sowie unserer Inhalte und Leistungen erforderlich ist.

a) Kontaktformular / Angebotsanfrage

Wenn Sie unser Formular „Get My Free Quote“ ausfüllen, erheben wir folgende Daten:

• Name (Vor- und Nachname)

• E-Mail-Adresse

• Telefonnummer

• Ursprungs- und Zielort (Stadt, Land)

• Angaben zur Sendung (Art, Gewicht, Abmessungen)

• Ausgewählte Dienstleistungen

Diese Daten werden zum Zweck der Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen) verarbeitet.
Die übermittelten Daten werden intern an unser CRM-System Salesforce übergeben und dort gespeichert.

b) Bewerbungsformular

Wenn Sie sich über unser Bewerbungsformular bewerben, verarbeiten wir:

• Name, Vorname

• E-Mail-Adresse

• Telefonnummer

• Standort

• Position

• LinkedIn-Profil und weitere freiwillige Angaben

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO zur Durchführung des Bewerbungsverfahrens.
Bewerbungsdaten werden spätestens 6 Monate nach Abschluss des Auswahlverfahrens gelöscht, sofern keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht.

 

5. Kommunikationsdienste

Wir bieten die Möglichkeit, über WhatsApp Kontakt aufzunehmen.
Die Kommunikation erfolgt über die Plattform von WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Irland.
Durch die Nutzung stimmen Sie der Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO zu.
Wir empfehlen, keine sensiblen Informationen über WhatsApp zu übermitteln.

 

6. Analyse- und Tracking-Tools

a) Google Analytics

Diese Website verwendet Google Analytics, einen Webanalysedienst der Google Ireland Ltd.
(“Google”). Google verwendet Cookies, die eine Analyse der Benutzung der Website ermöglichen.
Wir haben die IP-Anonymisierung aktiviert („_anonymizeIp“).

7. Google reCAPTCHA

Zum Schutz unserer Formulare vor Missbrauch verwenden wir reCAPTCHA von Google Ireland Ltd.
Dabei werden technische Informationen (IP-Adresse, Browserdaten, Mausbewegungen) erfasst, um Bots zu erkennen.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Sicherheit).

 

8. Eingebettete Inhalte Dritter

a) Google Maps

Zur Darstellung von Standorten verwenden wir Google Maps.
Dies erfolgt auf Grundlage Ihrer Einwilligung nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
Google kann hierbei Daten (z. B. IP-Adresse) erheben.

b) YouTube

Unsere Seite kann eingebettete YouTube-Videos enthalten (YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA, USA).
Beim Starten eines Videos werden Daten an YouTube übertragen.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Wir verwenden Cookies, um unsere Website benutzerfreundlich zu gestalten.
Beim ersten Besuch wird über Usercentrics Consent Management Platform eine Auswahlmöglichkeit bereitgestellt.

Wir speichern personenbezogene Daten nur so lange, wie dies zur Erfüllung des jeweiligen Zwecks erforderlich ist.
Daten aus Kontaktanfragen werden nach 12 Monaten gelöscht, sofern keine weitere Geschäftsbeziehung besteht.

a) Contact / Quote Form

When you complete our “Get My Free Quote” form we collect:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Origin (city & country)

• Destination (city & country)

• Shipment details (type of goods, weight, dimensions)

• Selected services

Purpose: to prepare and send your quotation and respond to your inquiry.
Legal basis: Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract).
Data are transmitted to and stored in our CRM system Salesforce.

b) Career / Application Form

When you apply for a position we process:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Location & desired position

• LinkedIn profile and optional information

Purpose: to manage recruitment procedures.
Legal basis: Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR.
Retention: applications are deleted 6 months after completion of the process unless legal retention requires otherwise.

 

5. Communication via WhatsApp

We offer contact through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.
By initiating a chat you consent to processing of your personal data (Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR).
Please avoid sending sensitive information through WhatsApp.

Quote requests are deleted after 12 months unless a business relationship is established.
